Driving on Route 1 somewhere in Iceland, I saw this.The Mountains. The Clouds. The Land.
On the East Coast of Iceland
Don't recall exactly where I was at the time, but it was somewhere between Hofn and Reydarfjordur on the east coast of Iceland.
The Breathing Earth
A photographer captures the breathing Earth. In Northern Iceland, adjacent to Lake Myvatn is Hverir. It is a geothermal spot of bubbling pools of mud & steaming fumaroles emitting sulfuric gas.
